Job summary

Rosetta Holdings Corp. is seeking a Shift Engineer to oversee the day-to-day maintenance and administration of facilities at Horizon IT Park, San Jose del Monte, Bulacan. You will manage equipment readiness, coordinate with contractors, and ensure compliance with building and safety standards.

The role requires a licensed Electrical or Mechanical Engineer with 3–5 years in facilities maintenance, including generator and HVAC systems. Onsite reporting and flexible hours are expected.

Qualifications

• Licensed Electrical or Mechanical Engineer (Professional Engineer).
• 3–5 years in preventive maintenance or facilities management.
• Experience with building/facility equipment incl. generators, HVAC, pumps.
• Preferably with BOS/OSH/PCO/SO2 certifications.
• Some supervisory experience and asset management exposure.

Responsibilities

• Lead engineering activities for the 2nd shift or when PM Engineer is absent.
• Document and monitor operation and maintenance records.
• Ensure readiness of equipment for operations.
• Coordinate with consultants, end users and contractors on builds and maintenance.
• Issue work orders and material requisitions as needed.
• Submit daily equipment reports and monthly O&M reports.
• Implement maintenance plans and priorities.
• Coordinate daily tasks with outsource contractors.
• Implement Preventive Maintenance via contractors.
• Ensure compliance with Mechanical Eng. Law, Fire Code, Building Code.

Role: Shift Engineer

About the role

Responsible for helping with the maintenance and administration of ABS-CBN owned and leased properties and facilities. You will be executing activities related to the day-to-day operations of maintaining the Soundstage buildings and complexes, including tenant relations, maintenance and repair, security, engineering, and other related tasks (operation of HVAC system, electrical power station/substation system, generator sets, transformers, etc.)

Key Responsibilities

• Assume engineering lead function for the 2nd Shift or in the absence of the PM Engineer

• Monitor, document and maintain records of all operation and maintenance activities

• Ensure readiness of all equipment to suit operational requirements

• Coordinate with consultants, end users and contractors regarding construction, operations and maintenance activities

• Recommend issuances of work orders, job orders and material/spare requisitions

• Prepare and submit daily equipment reports, billings and meter readings for locators, and monthly operations and maintenance reports

• Implement operational plans, strategies and priorities on a regular basis

• Coordinate with outsource contractors for daily task, duties and work to be done

• Implement and monitor Preventive Maintenance Program through outsource contractors

• Monitor and implement all code required in Mechanical Engineering Law of the Philippines, Fire Code of the Philippines, Building Code of the Philippines

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Must be a licensed Electrical or Mechanical Engineer
• With 3-5 years experience in preventive maintenance and/or facilities management in residential or commercial properties
• Relevant experience in the operations and maintenance of building/facility equipment including generators, electric controls, air-conditioning systems, pumps, etc
• Preferablywith BOSH/COSH/PCO/SO2 certifications
• Relevant supervisory experience
• Asset management experience
• Willing to be flexible in terms of working hours
• Must be willing to report onsite (Horizon IT Park,San Jose del Monte, Bulacan)
