Job summary

OCS Philippines is seeking a licensed engineer to oversee Integrated Facility Management for building systems, including electrical, mechanical, HVAC, and plumbing. The role requires hands-on maintenance and close coordination with service providers.

You will perform inspections, preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting, ensuring safety, health, and environmental compliance while supporting energy efficiency initiatives.

Qualifications

• Licensed engineer with electrical or mechanical discipline.
• 3–5 years of experience in Integrated Facilities Management (IFM).
• Hands-on experience with building systems and maintenance operations.
• Knowledge of safety standards and compliance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting of equipment
• Respond to technical issues, breakdowns, and emergencies during the shift

• Maintain accurate logs, reports, and incident records
• Support energy-saving initiatives and ensure efficient system operations
• Escalate major issues and provide technical recommendations
