Job summary

Aboitiz Construction, Inc. seeks a Safety & Health Leader to oversee daily OSH programs on our Philippine sites, run safety meetings, perform routine site inspections, and ensure compliance with all regulations.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s degree in OSH, Engineering, or Environmental Science, plus accredited OSH credentials; you will advise management on risk mitigation, lead incident investigations, develop training, and coordinate emergency drills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Safety and Health, Engineering, or Environmental Science.
• Valid OSH Consultant or Senior Practitioner accreditation (such as DOLE-BOSH/COSH requirements locally)

Responsibilities

• Lead OSH programs, safety meetings, and routine site checks.

• Security & Asset Protection: Manage site physical security, access control rules, and asset monitoring systems.

• Consultancy & Advisory: Act as an internal OSH consultant to guide management on risk mitigation and legal updates.

• Incident Investigation: Lead root-cause analysis for workplace accidents and file correct prevention updates.

• Training & Drills: Lead safety orientations, toolbox talks, and emergency response drills.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Safety and Health, Engineering, or Environmental Science.

Certifications: Valid OSH Consultant or Senior Practitioner accreditation (such as DOLE-BOSH/COSH requirements locally)
