Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• Experience in digital transformation, project coordination and at least two of: event/training logistics, communications, data analytics, or compliance documentation.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and implement SHE digital initiatives and process improvements to simplify work and strengthen control visibility.
• Support digital projects from scoping and planning through implementation, testing and rollout.
• Plan schedules and logistics for SHE inductions, trainings and campaigns.
• Create project plans, action trackers, dashboards and standard work instructions.
• Monitor Eyes Up, incident visibility and telematics data for reporting.
