Therma Luzon, Inc. in Pasig is seeking a Safety, Health and Environment Senior Manager to develop and implement SHE systems, programs and capacity building across regions. You will align teams to ensure timely execution of safety initiatives and a zero-harm culture in operations.

Requirements include a Bachelor’s in Engineering, 15+ years in SHE roles and 10+ years in leadership; NIBOSH certification is advantageous. The role is hybrid with regional collaboration across sites and projects.

Qualifications

• Experience applying SHE regulations, tools and best practices in the energy sector.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams.
• Strong project and contract management skills.
• Knowledge of power generation technologies is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Develop and implement SHE management systems and plans across sites.
• Serve as PtW system custodian and ensure regulatory alignment.
• Define SHE competencies and signatories across roles.
• Lead safety culture initiatives and on-site rollout.
• Audit contractors and advise on management strategies.
• Analyze SHE data to drive improvements and risk reduction.
• Ensure ISO-based compliance and protect information assets.
