Job summary

Talent Map Global BPO, Inc. is seeking an Intermediate SharePoint Administrator to oversee the administration, support, and governance of SharePoint Online and Microsoft 365 collaboration tools.

You will partner with business stakeholders and IT to ensure secure, compliant, and efficient collaboration across teams. Responsibilities include end-user support, migrations, site deployments, documentation, training, and governance.

Qualifications

• Experience administering SharePoint Online and related Microsoft 365 tools.
• Ability to implement governance, information architecture, and retention.
• Strong collaboration with IT and business stakeholders.
• Experience with RBAC and external sharing controls.
• Knowledge of data classification, retention, and compliance standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide Tier 2/3 support for SharePoint issues.
• Participate in migrations and site deployments.
• Create SOPs, knowledge base, user guides, and governance docs.
• Train end-users and promote adoption of Microsoft 365 tools.
• Monitor health, usage, and storage; troubleshoot access issues.
