Job summary

Talent Team Services Pty is seeking a Senior SharePoint Support Analyst to join a global mining client. The role covers enterprise SharePoint design, administration, support and governance across the Microsoft 365 ecosystem.

The position also provides senior backup support for ServiceNow and other in-house applications, making experience in application support or development highly desirable.

Qualifications

• 5+ years hands-on experience with Microsoft SharePoint.
• Enterprise-level SharePoint administration, configuration and support.
• Experience with Microsoft 365, Power Automate and Power Apps.
• Strong governance, security and information architecture understanding.
• Experience with root cause analysis and incident resolution.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead the administration, configuration and support of an enterprise SharePoint environment.
• Manage governance, security, permissions and information architecture.
• Resolve complex incidents and provide root-cause analysis.
• Design and build SharePoint solutions using Power Automate, Power Apps and Microsoft 365.
• Lead upgrades, migrations, testing and platform changes.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver automation and information management improvements.
• Provide technical guidance and mentoring to IT teams.
• Provide backup support for ServiceNow and other in-house applications.
• Maintain technical documentation, standards and knowledge base content.
