Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in SharePoint Online, Teams, and Microsoft 365.
• Strong background in governance, information architecture, and site rationalisation.
• Hands-on AvePoint implementation and SharePoint migrations.
• Knowledge of retention, lifecycle, and information management.
• Experience supporting Copilot readiness, knowledge management, documentation, and handover.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assess current SharePoint and Teams environment and governance framework.
• Lead information architecture review and redesign efforts.
• Rationalise and clean-up SharePoint sites and Teams workspaces.
• AvePoint implementation and configuration tasks.
• Implement retention and lifecycle information management controls.
• Coordinate migration of intranet to SharePoint Online and support Copilot adoption.
