Job summary

Gratitude Philippines is seeking an experienced SharePoint Administrator Specialist to manage and enhance our Microsoft 365 environment. The role focuses on SharePoint Online administration, SPFx development, and leveraging Power Platform to automate processes.

You will improve collaboration platforms, manage secure content solutions, and ensure a reliable SharePoint environment for users across the organization.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of hands‑on experience in SharePoint Online and Microsoft 365 Administration.
• Experience with SPFx development.

Responsibilities

• Manage and configure SharePoint Online sites, site collections, libraries, lists, and enterprise metadata.
• Maintain document management structures and content organization.
• Optimize SharePoint environments for performance, usability, and collaboration.
• Manage user permissions, security groups, and access controls.
• Implement governance policies and compliance requirements.
• Provide technical support and troubleshoot SharePoint‑related issues.
• Create user guides and conduct knowledge‑sharing sessions.
