Job summary

Gratitude Philippines is seeking an experienced SharePoint Administrator to manage and optimize our SharePoint Online and Microsoft 365 environments. The role focuses on site and content management, governance, and user support.

You will implement Power Platform solutions, automate processes with Power Apps and Power Automate, and contribute SPFx development activities while ensuring security and compliance across the platform.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • 2–5 years of hands‑on experience in SharePoint Online and Microsoft 365 administration, including SPFx development experience.
  • Proficiency in PowerShell scripting, Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps & Power Automate), and Active Directory.
  • Strong analytical thinking, problem‑solving ability, and effective communication skills.
  • Not a job hopper.

Responsibilities

  • Site & Content Management: Create, configure and manage site collections, document libraries, lists, and enterprise metadata.
  • Security & Permissions: Administer user access, assign site roles, and enforce permission structures to safeguard data.
  • User Support & Training: Provide technical support, troubleshoot issues and conduct user training on SharePoint best practices.
  • Automation & Workflows: Design, develop, and maintain workflows, forms, and integrations using Microsoft Power Platform.
  • System Maintenance: Monitor system, manage storage, backups, updates, and logs for stability.
  • Governance & Compliance: Implement governance policies, manage sharing settings, and ensure IT standards compliance.
