Job summary

Accenture in the Philippines is seeking a Senior Strategy & Consulting professional to design, build and implement high-impact marketing automation initiatives across Salesforce Marketing Cloud/Data Cloud. You will work with clients to gather requirements, map capabilities, and drive outcomes in a remote/global delivery model.

Qualifications

• Minimum bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• 4+ years designing/managing marketing campaigns with at least 3+ years of hands-on functional consulting in Salesforce Marketing Cloud/Data Cloud/Personalization/Pardot/Salesforce Loyalty implementation.
• Preferably be certified in SFMC/Data Cloud/Personalization/Pardot/Salesforce Loyalty.
• Experience with CRM, marketing software, channel integration, real time decisioning is desirable.
• Strong understanding of how digital channels work together to create a cohesive, personalized marketing program for the customer.

Responsibilities

• Gather business requirements, design process & define implementation strategy for leading marketing automation platforms preferably Salesforce.
• Develop business cases for campaign strategies and technology solutions.
• Map platform capabilities to business requirements and identify gaps.
• Collaborate with clients to understand goals and target audience to improve marketing objectives.
• Monitor trends and analyze data to optimize campaigns.
• Manage stakeholders and project delivery in a global matrixed environment.
