Job summary

TASQ in the Philippines seeks a senior Strategy & Consulting professional to design and manage digital marketing campaigns, with a focus on Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Data Cloud, Personalization, Pardot and Salesforce Loyalty. You will lead multi-stakeholder engagements, define campaign KPIs, and deliver end-to-end solutions for large clients.

Qualifications

• 9+ years designing and managing marketing campaigns, with 4–5 years hands-on consulting.
• Proven experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud and related platforms.
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Ability to lead multi-disciplinary teams in remote/global environments.

Responsibilities

• Design new campaign strategies and marketing plans across channels.
• Assess capabilities and optimize the campaign stack.
• Develop business cases for campaign technologies.
• Derive insights for attribution and optimization.
• Define KPIs and track campaign lifecycle.
• Lead Salesforce Marketing capabilities implementation.
• Coordinate solution design across multi-dimensional teams.
• Manage projects with client and internal stakeholders.
