Stark Asia Solutions Inc. is seeking a Talent Acquisition Associate to design and manage marketing campaigns and drive client engagements.

You will lead project teams, coordinate with middle to senior management, and operate in a global, remote-enabled environment with a strong emphasis on data-driven decisions. The role requires 9+ years in marketing campaigns with Salesforce Marketing Cloud/Data Cloud knowledge, an MBA is a plus, and certifications in SFMC/Data

Qualifications

• 9+ years in designing/managing marketing campaigns with 4–5 years of hands-on functional consulting experience in SFMC/Data Cloud/Personalization/Pardot/Salesforce Loyalty
• MBA is a plus
• Certifications in SFMC/Data Cloud/Personalization/Pardot/Salesforce Loyalty are desirable
• Experience with CRM, marketing software, channel integration, real-time decisioning is desirable
• Strong understanding of how digital channels work together to create a cohesive, personalized marketing program
• Experience managing digital campaigns for large, complex clients with measurement and operations
• Ability to use insights for campaign and strategy optimization
• Ability to work independently from onshore/offshore
• Excellent client-facing and relationship-building skills
