Responsibilities

• Design and refine customer journeys across banking, e-commerce and retail sectors.
• Analyze customer behavior by segment to identify opportunities and drive value.
• Design and implement retention strategies to reduce churn and increase lifetime value.
• Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities based on segment behavior.
• Collaborate with marketing, product and client teams to align customer value strategies.
