Job summary

Prithvi Inner Wears Private Limited wants a Sewing Operator to operate sewing machines safely, follow work instructions, and maintain quality while meeting production targets. Responsibilities

• Operate the sewing machine safely and efficiently.
• Follow operation bulletin, work instructions, and sample.
• Stitch garment components to specification.
• Maintain stitch type, SPI, seam allowance, and workmanship.
• Check fabric and components before starting operation.
• Ensure proper handling of fabric types and components.
• Meet production targets and hourly output.
• Identify defects early and inform supervisor/quality checker.
• Carry out minor machine adjustments as permitted.
• Keep workstation clean and organized.
• Handle garments to prevent damage.
• Follow line balancing and supervisor instructions.
• Cooperate with Quality, Maintenance, and Production teams.
• Minimize fabric and garment wastage.
• Adhere to safety procedures while operating sewing machines.
