Job summary

Responsibilities

• Learn and operate different types of sewing machines.
• Follow training instructions provided by the supervisor or trainer.
• Practice assigned sewing operations as per the production requirements.
• Maintain the required quality standards during sewing.
• Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and work instructions.
• Handle garments and materials carefully to avoid damage.
• Maintain cleanliness and proper housekeeping at the workstation.
• Follow all safety rules and company policies.
• Report machine problems or quality issues to the supervisor.
• Work effectively as part of a production team.
• Achieve the required skill level and productivity targets during the training period.
