Job summary

DXC Technology is hiring for an Integration Architecture and Governance Senior Analyst in Manila. The role involves leading discovery, evaluating integration requirements, and guiding architecture decisions across API, messaging, and iPaaS platforms.

You will develop PoCs, create reusable templates, contribute to governance automation, and mentor analysts in a global delivery model. This position focuses on delivering robust integration solutions within a large enterprise.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience in enterprise integration, middleware engineering, integration solution architecture or governance.
• Hands-on development, configuration and troubleshooting experience.
• Experience conducting architecture reviews, design reviews, code reviews, test validation reviews and technical risk assessments.
• Strong documentation, analytical, facilitation and stakeholder communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery and requirement-analysis sessions for integration requests.
• Assess functional and non-functional requirements, dependencies, data flows, security, connectivity, error handling, observability and operational support needs.
• Recommend integration platforms, patterns and options across API, messaging, streaming, MFT/B2B, SAP and iPaaS.
• Document assumptions, architecture decisions, risks, constraints and recommended next steps.
• Coordinate clarifications and maintain accurate request status through completion.
• Conduct formal design architecture reviews, code reviews, test-results validation and risk assessments.
• Identify non-compliance, design weaknesses, operational risks and remediation actions.
• Provide clear review findings and approval recommendations.
• Escalate exceptions and cross-platform concerns to the Integration Architecture and Governance Architect.
• Design and develop PoCs for new middleware patterns and complex scenarios.
• Define PoC scope, success criteria, test approach and evaluation criteria.
• Engage partner teams as required.
• Document results, limitations, risks and production-readiness considerations; present recommendations for architecture approval.
• Convert PoCs into reusable templates and patterns.
• Create and maintain integration standards, checklists and knowledge articles.
• Facilitate alignment workshops and cross-platform updates.
• Provide knowledge transfer to implementation teams and analysts.
• Evaluate new integration technologies and platform capabilities.

1. New Integration Request Assessment

• Lead discovery and requirement-analysis sessions for integration requests received through ServiceNow.
• Assess functional and non-functional requirements, dependencies, data flows, security, connectivity, error handling, observability and operational support needs.
• Recommend appropriate integration platforms, patterns and solution options across API, messaging, streaming, MFT/B2B, SAP and iPaaS technologies.
• Document assumptions, architecture decisions, risks, constraints and recommended next steps.
• Coordinate clarifications and maintain accurate request status through completion.

2. Architecture and Governance Reviews

• Conduct formal design architecture reviews, code reviews, test-results validation and risk assessments against approved standards and best practices.
• Identify non-compliance, design weaknesses, operational risks and required remediation actions.
• Provide clear review findings, approval recommendations and traceable evidence.
• Escalate exceptions, high-risk decisions and cross-platform concerns to the Integration Architecture and Governance Architect.

3. Proofs of Concept and Project Assistance

• Design and develop PoCs for new middleware patterns, technologies and complex integration scenarios.
• Define PoC scope, success criteria, test approach and technical evaluation criteria with stakeholders.
• Engage partner application, security, cloud operations and platform teams as required.
• Document results, limitations, risks and production-readiness considerations; present recommendations for architecture approval.

4. Reusable Templates, Standards and Knowledge Assets

• Convert approved PoCs and proven solutions into reusable templates, reference implementations and documented patterns.
• Create and maintain integration standards, best practices, checklists, review guides and technical knowledge articles.
• Facilitate alignment workshops and incorporate cross-platform updates for new technologies and patterns.
• Provide knowledge transfer to implementation teams and analysts.

5. Technology Evaluation and Innovation

• Evaluate new integration technologies, platform capabilities and architecture patterns.
• Contribute to governance review automation, workflow automation and AI-assisted engineering initiatives.
• Develop or enhance accelerators and utilities using Java, Python, PowerShell or relevant platform tooling.
• Support API management, event-driven, streaming and cloud-native reference solutions.

6. Governance Metrics and Service Reporting

• Maintain accurate ServiceNow and JIRA records for assessments, reviews, PoCs, risks, decisions and actions.
• Contribute to Power BI dashboards, data validation, volume reporting, compliance measures and governance analytics.
• Monitor assigned work against service targets and proactively address blockers or overdue dependencies.
• Identify recurring issues and recommend process, standard or automation improvements.

7. Technical Leadership and Collaboration

• Provide day-to-day technical guidance and quality review for Integration Architecture and Governance analysts.
• Collaborate effectively with enterprise and integration architects, application owners, developers, platform operations, information security and cloud teams.
• Communicate technical recommendations clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Participate in architecture forums, governance reviews and service-improvement planning.

• PoCs completed against agreed success criteria and converted into reusable assets where appropriate
• High-quality documentation, traceability and stakeholder communication
• Demonstrated contribution to standards improvement, automation, AI enablement and team capability growth

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience in enterprise integration, middleware engineering, integration solution architecture or governance.
• Deep hands-on expertise in at least one strategic integration platform and working knowledge of multiple others in the technology scope.
• Proven experience designing enterprise-grade integrations across cloud, hybrid and on-premises environments.
• Hands-on development, configuration and troubleshooting experience.
• Experience conducting architecture reviews, design reviews, code reviews, test validation reviews and technical risk assessments.
• Strong understanding of REST APIs, JSON, XML, XSD, OAuth, SFTP, messaging, event-driven architecture and integration security.
• Knowledge of API-led architecture, messaging patterns, cloud-native integration patterns, DevSecOps, observability and resilience.
• Ability to develop PoCs, reference architectures, reusable templates and technical standards.
• Proficiency in Java and/or Python; PowerShell or JavaScript is beneficial.
• Experience with ServiceNow and JIRA; exposure to Power BI or comparable reporting tools is beneficial.
• Strong documentation, analytical, facilitation and stakeholder communication skills.
• Ability to mentor less-experienced team members and work effectively in a global delivery model.
