Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement comprehensive technical solutions to meet client needs, ensuring alignment with industry best practices and standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project requirements, and develop strategic plans to achieve project goals.
• Provide technical leadership and expertise to guide the development and implementation of technical solutions, and ensure that all solutions are properly tested and validated before deployment.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation, including architecture diagrams, technical specifications, and implementation plans.

Qualifications

• Must have 6-8 years relevant experience in ServiceNow (ITSM/ITOM/SPM)
• AI Experience is an advantage
• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience
• With a minimum of 6 years in a similar technical architecture role
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively within a team, collaborating with stakeholders to achieve project objectives
• Expert-level certification in ServiceNow IT Operations Management (ITOM) - Discovery, with a strong understanding of IT service management principles and practices
• Strong technical skills in areas such as cloud computing, networking, and cybersecurity, with experience in designing and implementing technical solutions in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex technical problems and develop creative solutions
• Experience working in an Account Delivery role, with a strong understanding of the principles and practices of account management and customer satisfaction.
