Job summary

ERNI, a Swiss-headquartered software development company with a service center in Mandaluyong, Philippines, seeks a ServiceNow professional to design, configure, and maintain HRSD solutions. You will implement service catalog items, workflows, and integrations while ensuring data privacy and system reliability.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years of explicit ServiceNow experience, CSA certification, and strong English communication.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or a related technical field.
3-5 years of professional experience building, maintaining, and deploying solutions on the ServiceNow platform.
Experience in ServiceNow HR Service Delivery (HRSD) is preferred or equivalent technical experience in ITSM/CSM.

Responsibilities

Build and maintain service catalog items, record producers, and workflows using advanced scripting (Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts).
Configure HRSD components, including Lifecycle Events, HR criteria, and user criteria, mapping HR needs to technical configurations.
Manage ACLs, data policies, and security settings to protect data privacy and correct user visibility in the HRSD portal.
Review change requests, prioritize out-of-the-box functionality to keep the system upgradeable and easy to maintain.
Create reports and dashboards for HRSD and maintain a clean, scalable codebase.
