Job summary

ERNI Schweiz AG is seeking a ServiceNow HR Service Delivery specialist to join our Manila service center. You will design, configure, and maintain HRSD workflows, catalogs, and employee journeys while ensuring data security and smooth integrations.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, support upgrades, and contribute to high-quality implementations across MedTech, Industry, Finance and Transportation projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or a related technical field.
• 3–5 years of professional experience building, maintaining, and deploying solutions on the ServiceNow platform.
• Experience in ServiceNow HR Service Delivery (HRSD) is preferred or equivalent technical experience in ITSM/CSM.
• Certified ServiceNow professional (CSA) is required; CIS-HRSD is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain HRSD components including workflows and service catalogs.
• Configure ACLs, security settings, and data privacy within HRSD portal.
• Map HR business needs to stable technical configurations and ensure upgradeability.
• Develop and maintain API integrations (REST/SOAP) and Service Portal components.
