Job summary

OLVRO Co. Ltd. in Makati is seeking a Mid ServiceNow Consultant to design, develop, and maintain integrations between ServiceNow and SAP.

You will build secure and scalable solutions that enable seamless data synchronization, workflow automation, and real-time communication between ServiceNow (System of Action) and SAP (System of Record). The role requires 3-5+ years of hands-on experience with IntegrationHub, Flow Designer, and MID Server, plus SAP integration using REST/SOAP.

Qualifications

3-5+ years of experience in ServiceNow development or consulting.
Hands-on with IntegrationHub and Flow Designer.
Experience integrating ServiceNow and SAP using SAP Spoke, REST APIs, and SOAP Web Services.
Experience with MID Server, OAuth, mutual authentication, and secure integration practices.
Knowledge of data synchronization, remote tables, scheduled imports, and workflow automation.
Strong troubleshooting, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain ServiceNow-to-SAP integrations.
Configure real-time and scheduled data synchronization between systems.
Design automated workflows using Flow Designer and IntegrationHub.
Implement error handling, monitoring, and logging mechanisms.
Configure secure communication channels using MID Server and authentication protocols.
Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to deliver integration solutions.
