Job summary

OLVRO Co. Ltd. seeks an experienced ServiceNow Integration Developer to build and maintain real-time SAP integrations using SAP Spoke, IntegrationHub, and scripted REST/SOAP web services.

You will implement data synchronization, remote tables, and secure channel configurations in a scalable ServiceNow environment. The role requires 3–5+ years in ServiceNow development, strong scripting in JavaScript, and experience with Flow Designer and SAP integrations.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of experience in ServiceNow development/consulting.
• Strong hands-on experience with IntegrationHub, Flow Designer, and ServiceNow integrations.
• Experience integrating ServiceNow and SAP using SAP Spoke, REST APIs, and SOAP Web Services.
• Proficient in JavaScript scripting within ServiceNow (Business Rules, Script Includes, etc.).
• Experience with data synchronization, Remote Tables, scheduled imports, and real-time SAP data access.
• Knowledge of workflow automation that triggers SAP transactions from ServiceNow.
• Familiarity with MID Server, OAuth, Mutual Authentication, and secure integration practices.
• Experience in error handling, logging, monitoring, and troubleshooting enterprise integrations.
• Understanding of ServiceNow as System of Action and SAP as System of Record.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• ServiceNow certifications (CSA, CAD, CIS) and SAP integration experience are highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain outbound integrations using IntegrationHub (SAP Spoke) or scripted REST/SOAP web services to query SAP data in real-time.
• Configure Remote Tables or scheduled data imports to display SAP data within ServiceNow forms without permanently storing large volumes of SAP data locally.
• Design complex flows in Flow Designer where a ServiceNow user action automatically triggers a corresponding transaction or update in SAP.
• Develop robust Retry logic and error-trapping scripts to handle SAP downtime or data validation failures, ensuring no System of Action requests are lost.
• Work with IT Security to configure MID Servers and authentication profiles (OAuth/Mutual Auth) to secure the communication channel between the ServiceNow cloud and SAP on-premise/private cloud.
• Ensure secure integration practices and monitor/troubleshoot enterprise integrations.

handle SAP downtime or data validation failures, ensuring no System of Action

requests are lost.

Security Configuration: Work with IT Security to configure MID Servers and

authentication profiles (OAuth/Mutual Auth) to secure the communication channel

between the ServiceNow cloud and the SAP on-premise/private cloud environment.

Job Requirements

3–5+ years of experience in ServiceNow development/consulting.
