Job summary

OLVRO Co. Ltd. is seeking a skilled ServiceNow Integration Specialist to design and maintain real-time integrations with SAP using SAP Spoke and REST/SOAP services.

The role requires strong expertise in IntegrationHub, Flow Designer, and data synchronization, with emphasis on secure, scalable enterprise integrations. Hybrid work arrangement in Makati, Philippines, with 5-10 years of hands-on SNOW development/consulting experience and SAP integration exposure.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in ServiceNow development/consulting.
• Strong hands-on with IntegrationHub, Flow Designer, and SAP integration.
• Experience integrating ServiceNow with SAP via SAP Spoke, REST, and SOAP.
• Familiar with MID Server, OAuth, Mutual Authentication, and secure integrations.
• ServiceNow certifications (CSA, CAD, CIS) preferred.
• Excellent problem-solving and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain outbound integrations using IntegrationHub SAP Spoke or scripted REST/SOAP web services to query SAP data in real-time.
• Configure Remote Tables or scheduled data imports to display SAP data within ServiceNow forms without storing large SAP data locally.
• Design complex flows in Flow Designer where a ServiceNow action triggers corresponding SAP transactions.
• Develop robust Retry logic and error-trapping scripts to handle SAP downtime or data validation failures.
• Work with IT Security to configure MID Servers and authentication profiles for secure communication.

Experience in error handling, logging, monitoring, and troubleshooting

enterprise integrations.

Understanding of ServiceNow as System of Action and SAP as System of

Record.

Strong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

ServiceNow certifications (CSA, CAD, CIS) and SAP integration experience are

highly preferred.

Responsibilities

SAP data locally.

Workflow Orchestration: Design complex flows in Flow Designer where a

ServiceNow user action (e.g., Approve Purchase) automatically triggers a

corresponding transaction or update in SAP.

Error Handling & Logging: Develop robust Retry logic and error-trapping scripts to

handle SAP downtime or data validation failures, ensuring no System of Action

requests are lost.

Security Configuration: Work with IT Security to configure MID Servers and

authentication profiles (OAuth/Mutual Auth) to secure the communication channel

between the ServiceNow cloud and the SAP on-premise/private cloud environment.
