Job summary

Ernst & Young Advisory Services Sdn Bhd is seeking a QA Tester for EY GDS-ServiceNow to design and implement test plans, execute tests, and ensure product quality. You’ll collaborate with multiple development teams to embed quality practices across the SDLC and participate in ongoing process optimizations.

ServiceNow knowledge and ITIL foundations are a plus. You will work closely with system analysts and developers, creating test data and documenting defects, with opportunities to grow into

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in a development or QA role.
• Knowledge of ServiceNow ATF is a plus.
• ITIL foundations certification a plus.
• Strong understanding of QA methodologies and testing tools.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement test plans and test cases.
• Test software to ensure it meets requirements and quality criteria.
• Debug code and troubleshoot issues with software.
• Write test documentation including cases, data and defects.
• Execute automated and manual tests and report results.
