Qualifications
- Bachelor of Information Systems, Computer Science, Software Engineering or related field.
- 4–5 years in application support, SaaS, ITSM/ServiceNow.
- Experience with ServiceNow ITSM modules (Incident, Request, Change, Knowledge).
- ITIL principles knowledge; ITIL certification is a plus.
- Strong English communication for global collaboration.
Responsibilities
- Administer and support ServiceNow platform per global standards.
- Configure ITSM components (forms, catalogs, reports, dashboards).
- Provide L2/L3 support for incidents and service requests.
- Investigate issues, coordinate resolutions, document findings.
- Support testing, UAT, upgrades and release activities.
- Promote IT service management best practices and minimize customization.
