Job summary

Cardinal Health seeks a skilled ServiceNow Developer to join our Platform Scrum team in the Philippines. You will design, develop, and implement features and configurations to improve business efficiency while collaborating with cross‑functional teams in an agile environment.

You will lead weekly and sprint releases, assist with upgrades, drive integrations with external systems, and mentor junior colleagues. A hybrid work setup and strong problem-solving skills are essential to succeed.

Qualifications

• BS/BA in related field; advanced degree preferred.
• 4+ years hands-on ServiceNow implementation or development experience (ITSM).
• Experience with instance upgrades and patches, including strategy and execution.
• Experience with integration components such as SSO and LDAP.
• Proficient in web technologies: JavaScript, HTML, CSS, XML, AJAX; Web Services (SOAP, REST).
• Understanding of SDLC, ITIL, and agile practices.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop technical solutions on the ServiceNow platform following best development practices.
• Develop ITSM & scoped applications including catalog items, customizations and enhancements.
• Design and implement integrations with other systems via APIs and authentication.
• Create technical documentation and mentor less experienced colleagues.
• Lead weekly/sprint releases, prepare updates, and coordinate deployments to Production.
• Upgrade ServiceNow with release notes review and defect handling during regression.
