Qualifications

• At least 2 years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow development or architecture.
• Strong knowledge of ServiceNow platform and best practices.
• Experience across ITSM, ITOM, SecOps, IRM, ITAM, HRSD, CSM, or SPM.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, configure, and implement ServiceNow applications per requirements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate needs into scalable technical solutions.
• Develop platform capabilities using ServiceNow best practices.
• Work across modules such as ITSM, ITOM, SecOps, HRSD, CSM, SPM as needed.
• Perform testing, debugging, and troubleshooting to ensure quality and stability.
• Support platform upgrades, patches, and maintenance activities.
• Maintain technical documentation and ensure security and performance standards.
