Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with relevant work experience.
• ITIL and ServiceNow CSA certifications preferred.
• Experience with ServiceNow development including Catalog items and workflows.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business requirements and design solutions within SDLC guidelines.
• Develop applications coordinating with BA/QA and SMEs.
• Create and maintain catalog items and approval workflows.
• Configure integration and data loads for ServiceNow deployments.
• Build reports/dashboards to monitor usage and performance.
• Support UAT, post-production testing, and production releases.
• Mentor junior engineers and ensure timely, quality delivery.
