SGV & Co. is seeking a ServiceNow Developer for its Technology Consulting – Tech Strat & Transformation practice in the Philippines.

You will design, develop, and deliver scalable IRM/GRC solutions, integrating Risk, Policy & Compliance, Audit, and Third-Party Risk modules while collaborating in Agile/Scrum teams. With 5+ years of ServiceNow experience and 3+ years in IRM/GRC, you will build maintainable solutions, manage REST/SOAP integrations, and ensure platform performance.

• 5+ years hands-on experience as a ServiceNow Developer.
• 3+ years specialized experience in ServiceNow IRM/GRC modules.
• Strong expertise in JavaScript (server-side and client-side).
• Experience with REST/SOAP integrations and data imports.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum delivery environments.

The ServiceNow Developer will design, develop, and deliver scalable IRM/GRC solutions across Risk, Policy & Compliance, Audit, Third‑Party Risk, and Continuity Management, demonstrates strong problem‑solving, technical judgment, and attention to platform stability and maintainability, while collaborating effectively in Agile/Scrum environments and translating business, risk, and governance requirements into reliable solutions.

Your key responsibilities

Design, configure, and customize ServiceNow applications such as:

• Risk Management
• Policy & Compliance
• Audit Management
• Third‑Party Risk Management
• Continuity Management
• Build and enhance:
• Workflows, Flow Designer flows
• Business rules, UI policies/actions
• Integrations and data imports

Custom tables, forms, and views

Develop and maintain integrations using REST/SOAP, MID Server, IntegrationHub.

Apply best practices for IRM data model, GRC architecture, and platform performance.

Troubleshoot issues, optimize configurations, and ensure platform stability.

Skills and attributes for success

What we look for:

• 5+ years hands‑on experience as a ServiceNow Developer.
• 3+ years specialized experience in ServiceNow IRM / GRC modules.
• Strong expertise in:
• JavaScript (server‑side and client‑side)
• Flow Designer / Workflow Engine
• ServiceNow Studio & Source Control
• Data imports, integrations (REST, SOAP, JSON)
• Experience in Agile/Scrum delivery environments.
• Proven ability to design scalable and maintainable IRM solutions.

Ideally, you'll also:

• ServiceNow Certifications:
• CSA (Certified System Administrator)
• CAD (Certified Application Developer)
• CIS‑IRM / CIS‑GRC
• Experience with risk frameworks (ISO 31000, NIST, SOC2, etc.)
• Background in security, audit, compliance, or enterprise risk functions.
