Job summary

EY GDS Philippines seeks a ServiceNow Senior Consultant/Developer to design, develop, and implement ServiceNow solutions, collaborating with global teams and client stakeholders to deliver business value and technical excellence.

Responsibilities include building integrations, workflows, catalogs, portals, and automations across ITSM, ITOM, CSM, HRSD, IRM/GRC, and SPM, while guiding junior developers in agile delivery environments.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of overall IT experience.
• 3+ years ServiceNow development experience.
• Experience with Flow Designer, Service Catalog, IntegrationHub, Reports, and Dashboards.
• Experience implementing ITSM, ITOM, CSM, HRSD, IRM/GRC, or SPM.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working in Agile delivery environments.

EY GDS is seeking an experienced ServiceNow Senior Consultant / Developer to join our growing ServiceNow practice. This role is ideal for a hands‑on professional who can design, develop, and implement ServiceNow solutions while collaborating with global teams and client stakeholders to deliver business value and technical excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, configure, and develop ServiceNow solutions across various modules including ITSM, ITOM, CSM, HRSD, IRM/GRC, and SPM.


• Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions and platform designs.


• Develop and maintain ServiceNow applications, integrations, workflows, catalogs, portals, and automations.


• Build integrations using REST, SOAP, IntegrationHub, and other APIs.

• Experience working in Agile delivery environments.

Preferred Qualifications

• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)


• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD)


• ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS)
  
• ITIL Foundation Certification


• Experience leading developers or technical workstreams.
