Job summary

SGV & Co. is seeking a ServiceNow Developer for its Technology Consulting – Tech Strat & Transformation practice in the Philippines.

You will design, develop, and deliver scalable IRM/GRC solutions, integrating Risk, Policy & Compliance, Audit, and Third-Party Risk modules while collaborating in Agile/Scrum teams. With 5+ years of ServiceNow experience and 3+ years in IRM/GRC, you will build maintainable solutions, manage REST/SOAP integrations, and ensure platform performance.

Qualifications

• 5+ years hands-on experience as a ServiceNow Developer.
• 3+ years specialized experience in ServiceNow IRM/GRC modules.
• Strong expertise in JavaScript (server-side and client-side).
• Experience with REST/SOAP integrations and data imports.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum delivery environments.

Responsibilities

• Design, configure, and customize ServiceNow applications (Risk, Policy & Compliance, Audit, Third‑Party Risk, Continuity).
• Develop and maintain integrations using REST/SOAP, MID Server, IntegrationHub.
• Create and optimize workflows, Flow Designer flows, business rules, UI policies and actions.
• Apply best practices for IRM data model, GRC architecture, and platform performance.
• Troubleshoot issues and ensure platform stability.
