Job summary

Asticom Technology Inc. is seeking an experienced ServiceNow SME to lead collaboration across multiple teams, make design decisions, and drive service reliability.

You will mentor teammates, coordinate with stakeholders, and optimize ITSM workflows, incident/problem/change management, and automation to improve operational efficiency. The ideal candidate has 5–8+ years in ServiceNow and strong scripting skills.

About the role
