Job summary

DFI Technology (Philippines) is seeking a skilled ServiceNow Analyst Programmer to deliver high-quality development, configuration, and maintenance within the ServiceNow platform. You will build and enhance digital workflows, integrate with other systems, and support employee services across HR, IT, and business functions.

The role requires a minimum of 3 years in ServiceNow development, strong analysis/design skills, and familiarity with HRSD/ITSM modules.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology or equivalent.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in ServiceNow development, configuration, and customization.
• Strong understanding of Systems Analysis and Design.
• Experience with HRSD, ITSM, and Employee Center modules.
• Familiarity with REST/SOAP and integration tools.
• CSA certification is a plus; additional ServiceNow certifications are a plus.
• Experience in backend development (C#, .NET, SQL) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop, test, maintain, and troubleshoot ServiceNow applications and modules.
• Implement workflows, UI policies, client scripts, and configurations to enhance platform functionality.
• Integrate ServiceNow with other enterprise systems to support unified employee experiences.
• Maintain and enhance existing ServiceNow applications for performance and security.
• Ensure programs meet specifications and review code before SIT/UAT.
• Prepare and deploy software changes across environments.
• Provide 3rd-level production support and troubleshoot issues per SLAs.
• Collaborate with Business Analysts, Architects, and Project Managers on change requests.
