Pax8 Philippines Inc. is seeking a ServiceNow Administrator II to support and enhance our ServiceNow platform from the Makati City office. You will configure, maintain, and optimise platform functionality while ensuring stability, reliability, and performance across core business processes.

Collaborating with global teams, you’ll manage upgrades, patches, and integrations, build insightful dashboards, and champion automation. A CSA certification and related degree are preferred.

Qualifications

• Proven hands-on ServiceNow administration experience in a business environment.
• Experience configuring, maintaining, upgrading, and governing the platform.
• Strong knowledge of ServiceNow modules (service, operations, business management) and related capabilities.
• Experience with development tools for workflows, automation, and service delivery improvements.
• Structured troubleshooting approach and ability to work independently with cross-team collaboration.

What You'll Be Doing

• Support and enhance the ServiceNow platform that powers key business processes across the organisation.
• Configure, maintain, and optimise platform functionality whilst ensuring stability, reliability, and performance.
• Act as an escalation point for platform-related issues, helping users quickly resolve technical challenges and minimise disruption.
• Build meaningful dashboards and reporting solutions that provide visibility into platform health, adoption, and operational performance.
• Participate in upgrades, releases, patches, and enhancement initiatives to ensure Pax8 remains aligned with ServiceNow best practices.
• Investigate and resolve platform integrations, workflow issues, and automation opportunities that improve efficiency and user experience.
• Champion continuous learning within the team by sharing knowledge, promoting curiosity, and helping elevate platform standards.
• Collaborate closely with technical and non-technical stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable ServiceNow solutions.

What We're Looking For

• Proven hands-on ServiceNow administration experience within a business environment
• Demonstrated expertise supporting platform configuration, maintenance, upgrades, and governance
• Strong knowledge of ServiceNow service management, operations management, business management, or related platform capabilities
• Experience working with platform tools used for development, workflow optimisation, and service delivery improvements
• Practical understanding of integrations, automation, and process enhancement opportunities
• A structured and analytical approach to troubleshooting complex technical issues
• The ability to work independently whilst building trusted relationships across teams
• Confidence communicating technical concepts in a clear and accessible way
• A genuine passion for learning, curiosity, and continuous improvement
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification
• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent practical experience
