Job summary

Grand Canyon Multi-Holdings, Inc. in the Philippines seeks an experienced automotive technician specializing in EV/HEV/PHEV systems to join our service team. The ideal candidate holds NC1 and NC2 certifications and brings hands-on repair and diagnostics expertise.

You will work with high-voltage safety, HV battery systems, EV charging, CAN bus diagnostics, and related components, reading schematics and using diagnostic tools to repair vehicles.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years in automotive repair and diagnostics.
• NC1 and NC2 certifications required.
• EV/HEV/PHEV experience preferred.
• Knowledge of HV battery systems and CAN bus vehicle communications.

• At least 2-3 years of experience i n automotive repair and diagnostics.
• with NC1 AND NC2
• Preferably with experience working on Electric Vehicles (EV), Hybrid Electric Vehicles (HEV), or Plug-in Hybrid Vehicles (PHEV).
• Knowledge of:High-voltage (HV) battery systems
• Electric motors and drive systems
• Inverters/converters
• DC-DC converters
• On-board chargers
• Charging systems and charging stations
• 12V auxillary electrical systems
• EV thermal management systems
• Regenerative braking systems
• CAN bus and vehicle communication systems
• Ability to use automotive diagnostic scan tools and electrical testing equipment.
• Able to read and interpret wiring diagrams, electrical schematics, and technical service information.
• 6. Knowledge o f proper high-voltage isolation, lockout/tagout, and electrical safety procedures.
