• Perform routine maintenance services including oil changes, filter replacements, fluid top-ups, and tyre rotations
• Diagnose vehicle mechanical and electrical problems using diagnostic equipment and testing procedures
• Repair and replace defective components, including engines, transmissions, brake systems, and suspension parts
• Conduct comprehensive vehicle inspections to identify issues and recommend necessary repairs to customers
• Maintain accurate service records and document all work completed on vehicles
• Follow all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment
• Communicate with customers regarding repair estimates, progress updates, and completed work
• Keep work areas clean and organized, and properly store tools and equipment
• Stay up-to-date with Toyota vehicle technology and service bulletins
