Job summary

SJK-Guahan Inc. is seeking a Service Technician in the Philippines to perform assembly, service repairs, and maintenance of our equipment. You will troubleshoot issues, learn the operation of Club Car, Jacobsen, and Wacker Neuson products, and coordinate with the service team on warranty and parts-related matters.

You will also assist with inventory, support warehouse activities, and maintain strong customer communication while upholding safety standards in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• At least one year of working experience as a technician or service-related role.
• Intermediate proficiency in English and computer skills.
• Good technical writing skills.
• Familiarity with equipment industry service terms, tools, and procedures, preferably in automotive or similar fields.
• Basic understanding of diesel engines, hydraulics, and auto electrical systems.
• Strong drive to learn, diligent and punctual to work.
• Strong attention to detail with an ability to multi-task and thrive in a fast-paced setting.
• Proven ability to deliver professionalism with a friendly demeanor via in front of clients.
• Eager to create and encourage a positive work environment.
• Flexible availability, including weekends.
• Graduate of any mechanical or electrical vocational course or at least 1-year in specialized training.

Responsibilities

• Assist in maintenance of inventory for equipment, parts, and tools.
• Provide support to the warehouse team in regularly monitoring parts inventory.
• Maintain a strong focus on customer care, promptly communicating customer feedback to your immediate supervisor.
• Actively identify and report any near-miss or potentially dangerous situations for safety awareness and prevention.
• Promptly report any job-related irregularities or unsafe acts in the shop to ensure immediate correction and maintain a safe working environment.
