Job summary

Vertiv is seeking a Scheduling Coordinator to support daily service coordination and ensure timely dispatch of field engineers. You will partner with regional operations to maintain data accuracy and align with service delivery standards, handling bookings and updates with customers.

The role emphasizes attention to detail, cross-functional collaboration, and adherence to ITC and internal processes in a fast-paced environment, supporting Vertiv’s core service priorities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Operations Management, or related field.
• MBA or equivalent advanced degree is a plus.
• 1–3 years in scheduling, coordination, customer service, or operations support.
• Experience with scheduling or service management systems preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Good verbal and written communication; phone and email interactions.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate scheduling and dispatch of field service engineers to meet SLAs.
• Book service works via phone and email coordination with customers.
• Enter job details accurately into the system for execution.
• Monitor queues, respond to new maintenance contracts and service requests.
• Update systems in real time with confirmations, changes, and completions.
• Run daily reports to capture new service requirements and actions.
