Job summary

AutoGlobal Group is seeking a Service Manager to run the branch workshop in Balintawak, QC. You will own every repair order from appointment to vehicle release, drive throughput, revenue, and labor margins, and lead service advisors, the foreman, and technicians under the Service Head.

You will oversee warranty claims, Comeback prevention, and customer satisfaction initiatives while coordinating with Parts and the distributor. On-site role with growth opportunities within the dealership network.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Automotive Engineering or related field is preferred.
• TESDA Automotive Servicing NC or principal certification is an advantage.
• At least 5 years in automotive dealership service operations.
• At least 3 years managing a workshop with Service Advisors and technicians.
• Working proficiency in a dealer management system or ERP service module is required.
• Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills for tracking hours, aging, and revenue.

Responsibilities

• Owns the repair order lifecycle from opening to closing with approved estimates.
• Plans daily bay loading and technician assignment to meet throughput targets.
• Delivers monthly service revenue targets across labor and parts; applies labor rates and discount matrix.
• Ensures final inspection and road test before release; tracks and prevents comebacks.
• Handles warranty eligibility before work starts and files claims within deadlines.
• Manages roadside assistance responses, dispatch, repair, and case closure.
• Runs PMS reminders and post-service follow-ups to drive retention.
• Raises parts requests and coordinates with Parts for back orders.
• Maintains a safe and organized workshop with calibrated tools and equipment.
• Supervises and develops Service Advisors, Foreman, and service staff.
