Job summary

Chinabank PH is seeking a Service Manager to lead daily branch operations, ensure adherence to policies, and deliver exceptional service to clients.

You will supervise New Accounts, Accounting, and Investment activities, support marketing initiatives through cross-selling, and develop staff to meet product offerings and branch targets while maintaining compliance with bank standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s/College degree required.
• 3–4 years in branch banking operations.
• Strong persuasion and marketing skills.
• Service quality management expertise.
• Excellent interpersonal and leadership abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
