Job summary

Beatitude Auto Industrial Corp in Bacolod City is seeking a Sales Executive to drive automotive sales and deliver excellent customer service. You will guide buyers through the entire process from initial inquiry to vehicle delivery, achieving sales targets and building lasting relationships.

The role requires strong negotiation and communication, a solid understanding of vehicle specifications, financing and trade-ins, and proficiency with CRM and MS Office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any field (Business/Marketing preferred).
• Minimum of 2 years of proven sales experience.
• Strong negotiation, interpersonal and communication skills with a track record of meeting targets.
• Good understanding of vehicle specifications, financing options, trade-in processes, and automotive market trends.
• Proficient in MS Office and CRM software for lead management and sales tracking.
• Must possess a valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven with urgency to close sales.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers through the buying process up to vehicle delivery.
• Prospect and follow up leads via calls, walk-ins, and online channels.
• Conduct vehicle presentations and test drives to highlight features.
• Present financing/insurance options and negotiate terms.
• Coordinate paperwork and delivery schedules with internal teams.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Immediate Head.
