Job summary

Littelfuse Philippines, Inc. is seeking a seasoned Line Technician to ensure zero-defect manufacturing by optimizing equipment uptime and quick fault resolution on automated power device handlers and testers.

You will perform full-recipe and hardware changeovers, lead advanced troubleshooting across mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems, and maintain clear pass-down reports for the incoming shift. A technical associate degree and 5–7 years' experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or two-year technical/trade degree preferred.
• Five to seven years of relevant experience.
• Proficient in MS Office.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Strong communication skills.
• Experience with CAD.
• High attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Perform full-recipe and hardware changeovers on automated handlers/testers.
• Lead mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic troubleshooting to maximize OEE.
• Ensure docking and signal integrity between testers and handlers.
• Set up laser marking systems for precise device tracking.
• Collaborate with Test and Quality Engineers to reduce re-tests.
• Maintain maintenance logs and shift pass-down reports.
• Other duties as assigned.
