Job summary

Cool World Airconditioning and Construction Inc. is seeking a Service Engineer in Mandaluyong to lead field operations, perform ocular inspections, prepare quotes, and manage project progress from planning to completion.

The role requires a licensed mechanical engineer, with or without experience, and a willingness to coordinate with clients, teams, and suppliers while ensuring safety and regulatory compliance. Proficiency in MS Office is needed.

Qualifications

• Licensed mechanical engineer required or fresh graduates welcome.
• 1 year of experience preferred but not required.
• Degree in an industry-specific role is advantageous.
• Willing to be assigned in Mandaluyong City.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Ability to work in different environmental conditions.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Sound knowledge of contract terms and pricing.
• Ability to drive 2-wheeled and/or 4-wheeled vehicle is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Do ocular inspections and submit proposals/quotations to clients.
• Project budgeting/costings, drawings and analysis.
• Attend meetings with clients and make recommendations.
• Implementation of project, monitors progress and its completion.
• Attend and propose quotations for government and private biddings.
• Liaise with engineering and project management teams to ensure the project design is accurate before work commences.
• Order and scheduling the delivery of all equipment needed for the project.
• Act as the main point of communication between the main field and the office.
• Manage the work schedules of all field staff.
• Provide leadership to on-site staff, sub-contractors, and other parties.
• Investigate and resolving customer complaints.
• Ensure that safety policies are strictly adhered to.
• Review project progress to ensure that deadlines are met.
• Proven experience supervising field operations.
