Job summary

Pacific Land & Building Corporation is seeking a diligent Maintenance Technician to inspect and service building facilities, including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and safety systems, ensuring reliable operation. The role requires at least 1 year of related experience, a 4-year technical or vocational background, and a strong work ethic.

You will be based in Baguio City with full-time hours and a monthly pay range of PHP 16,000 to 20,000.

Qualifications

• Any 4 year course related to Engineering or vocational training.
• Minimum of 1 year work related experience.
• Knowledgeable in electrical, carpentry, plumbing and air-conditioning equipment and systems.
• Keen on details, dependable with value for high work ethics and customer service.
• Dynamic, result-oriented and can work with minimal supervision.
• Hardworking and honest.
• Willing to assign at Baguio City.

Responsibilities

• Regular inspection of building facilities that include generators, transformers, A/C systems, Exhaust systems, fire alarm systems, pump monitor, lighting systems, etc.
• Attend all repairs immediately.
• Implement preventive maintenance on all equipment.
• Supervision of building electrical wirings, cablings and lighting facilities.
• Supervise building works including tenant renovations; verify if all works conform to the approved plans.
• Counter check power and water meter billing.
• Coordinate with all preventive maintenance agencies.
• Monitor agency personnel when conducting preventive maintenance.
• Implement control on tools, equipment / parts pull out.
• Update and maintain equipment, tools, parts inventories.
• Counter check / verify deliveries.
• Canvass supplies, equipment part, construction materials, other tools and equipment whenever needed.
• Prepare maintenance reports and other related matters.
• Other technical work that will be assigned to you.
• Other related matters given by the supervisor.
