Job summary

Metrobank is seeking a Service Designer to deliver useful products and great customer experiences. The role will derive insights from people and services worldwide and document decisions that validate the final product or experience.

Through rich and engaging visualizations of customer experiences, you will create alignment, buy-in, and excitement, ensuring the whole team works together to make it happen.

Qualifications

• Problem solve with BU stakeholders
• Advocate for the customer in product development using insights and agile methods to design delightful experiences
• Partner with Product Managers to shape design and experience strategy; collaborate on prototyping and pilots
• Translate customer needs into lo- or hi-fi visual concepts and prototypes for experiments and testing
• Create design docs and artifacts to aid cross-team communication; visualize complex data clearly
• Performs other duties as assigned
• Serve as change agent by introducing best practices of P11 to enterprise
