Job summary

Genpact Services LLC (Philippines branch) is seeking a Service Delivery Manager for BCM Core Ops to lead service delivery, compliance, and continuous improvement across banking processes.

You will collaborate with stakeholders to enhance automation, maintain audits readiness, and develop the operations team for high performance. Filipino night shift work is expected at our Manila site.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level qualifications in commerce/economics/finance or MBA/Analytics are preferred.
• CMA ICMAI certification is required; ICMAI is recognized.
• Candidates should meet advanced English language proficiency.
