Qualifications

Job Description

Responsibilities: Ensure operational risk compliance across core banking and capital markets processes through effective controls, assessments, and reporting. Drive contractual compliance by ensuring adherence to Master Service Agreements (MSAs) and client-specific regulatory requirements.

Conduct Information Security and Data Privacy risk assessments aligned with financial industry standards. Establish governance rigor through regular status updates and reviews with Genpact leadership and client stakeholders. Lead and facilitate internal and external audits, ensuring readiness and timely closure of findings.

Represent the function in discussions related to compliance, regulatory issues, and risk mitigation strategies. Manage and mentor a team of Risk & Compliance managers to deliver on vertical-specific risk and control objectives. Apply strong project management and presentation skills using tools such as Excel and PowerPoint to drive execution and communicate effectively.
