Genpact Services LLC (Philippines branch) invites you to join its Asset & Wealth Management team as an Associate. You will support data-driven decisions by analyzing asset performance, market trends, and portfolio outcomes, while helping to refine asset strategies to optimize returns.

You will collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate valuations, timely reporting, and effective asset utilization, contributing to orderly acquisitions and dispositions in a fast-moving environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Economics or Finance.
• CFA/ CFP certifications are highly valued when present.
• Relevant experience in asset management, regulatory reporting or related fields preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct analysis on asset performance and market trends to support data-driven decision-making.
• Assist in developing asset management strategies to optimize portfolio performance.
• Monitor and track asset valuations to ensure accurate and timely reporting.
• Coordinate with various internal teams to ensure effective and efficient asset utilization.
• Prepare reports and presentations on asset performance, including insights and recommendations.
• Support asset acquisition and disposition processes to align with organizational goals.
