Job summary

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end service delivery across multiple Web, Mobile App, and Digital Marketing projects.
• Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams across development, design, QA, SEO, PPC, social media, and other delivery functions.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, quality standards, and budget.
• Plan and monitor resources, capacity, utilization, timelines, and delivery KPIs.
• Run regular project and delivery reviews with internal teams and clients; communicate progress, risks, dependencies, and action plans.
• Identify and remove delivery blockers through effective coordination and timely decisions.
• Manage client expectations, strengthen relationships, and drive client satisfaction and retention.
• Handle escalations professionally and implement corrective actions.
• Standardize and improve delivery processes, workflows, documentation, and reporting.
• Provide leadership, coaching, mentoring, and performance feedback to team leads and members.
• Work with leadership on capacity planning, delivery forecasting, and operational improvements.

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Service Delivery Manager to own the end-to-end delivery of multiple web, mobile app, and digital marketing projects. The role will lead cross-functional delivery teams, ensure predictable execution, improve operational processes, manage escalations, and build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end service delivery across multiple Web, Mobile App, and Digital Marketing projects.
• Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams across development, design, QA, SEO, PPC, social media, and other delivery functions.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within agreed scope, quality standards, and budget.
• Plan and monitor resources, capacity, utilization, productivity, timelines, and delivery KPIs.
• Run regular project and delivery reviews with internal teams and clients; communicate progress, risks, dependencies, and action plans.
• Identify and remove delivery blockers through effective coordination and timely decision-making.
• Manage client expectations, strengthen relationships, and drive high levels of client satisfaction and retention.
• Handle escalations professionally and implement corrective and preventive actions.
• Standardize and continuously improve delivery processes, workflows, documentation, and reporting.
• Provide leadership, coaching, mentoring, and performance feedback to team leads and delivery members.
• Work closely with leadership on capacity planning, delivery forecasting, operational improvements, and business priorities.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 5–10 years of relevant experience in service delivery, project management, or operations within a digital agency, technology, or IT services environment.
• Strong understanding of Web Development, Mobile App Development, and Digital Marketing project delivery.
• Proven experience managing multiple projects and cross-functional teams simultaneously.
• Strong command of project planning, timelines, scope, risks, dependencies, budgets, and stakeholder management.
• Working knowledge of Agile and traditional project management methodologies.
• Excellent communication, leadership, negotiation, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Hands-on experience with project management and collaboration tools such as Jira, Trello, Asana, ClickUp, or similar platforms.
• Strong client-facing experience, with the ability to manage expectations and resolve escalations effectively.Nethority Technologies | Service Delivery Manager
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven onsite environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Management, Marketing, or a related field.
• PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum, Agile, or similar certification is an advantage.
• Prior experience working with international clients or distributed teams.
• Experience in a digital agency or client-service environment is strongly preferred.
