Job summary

Lrvi in SM Megamall is hiring for a full-time position in a fast-paced retail beverage environment. You will cashier, manage inventory, and help keep the store clean and well maintained while preparing frozen yogurt and other menu items for customers.

Experience is not required, but a positive attitude, reliability, and teamwork are essential. Weekend and holiday shifts may be required as part of the role.

Qualifications

• Open to applicants with or without prior experience.
• Must be willing to work full-time, including weekends and holidays.
• Previous experience in a tea shop, beverage shop, coffee shop, or dessert shop is preferred but not required.
• Hardworking, trustworthy, and a team player with a positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Cashiering: Accurately process customer transactions, manage the cash register, handle various payment methods, and follow proper cash handling protocols.
• Inventory management: Support inventory control by monitoring stock levels, replenishing products, and conducting regular inventory checks to ensure adequate supply.
• Store cleaning: Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the store, including regular sanitization of workstations, seating areas, and shared spaces to ensure a safe and welcoming environment.
• Machine cleaning and maintenance: Perform regular cleaning and maintenance of frozen yogurt machines to ensure operational efficiency and uphold product quality and safety standards.
• Order preparation and service: Prepare and serve frozen yogurt and other menu items according to company standards, ensuring consistency in presentation, quality, and customer service.
